These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of services provided by Higher-Tier Cleaning ("we," "us," "our") to our clients ("you," "your"). By booking a cleaning service with us, you agree to the terms outlined below.

1. Services Provided

Higher-Tier Cleaning offers residential and commercial cleaning services, including but not limited to:

  • General cleaning

  • Deep cleaning

  • Move-in/move-out cleaning

  • Post-construction cleaning

  • Specialized cleaning services (e.g., carpet, upholstery)

Detailed service descriptions will be provided during the booking process. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue services without prior notice, though we will make efforts to inform you of any significant changes.

2. Booking and Scheduling

  • Booking: To schedule a cleaning, you must complete the booking process via our website, phone, or email. A booking confirmation will be provided once your service request is confirmed.

  • Rescheduling/Cancellations: You may reschedule or cancel an appointment up to 24 hours before the scheduled service without penalty. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the appointment will incur a cancellation fee of [$200 or 2.5% whichever is lesser].

  • Late Arrivals: If our team arrives later than 30 minutes past the scheduled time, you will be notified promptly, and we will make every effort to complete the service as planned.

3. Client Responsibilities

  • Access to Property: You are responsible for providing us with safe and unobstructed access to the areas to be cleaned.

  • Pets & Fragile Items: Please ensure that pets are secured, and fragile items are properly stored or clearly marked.

  • Special Instructions: Any specific requests, preferences, or allergies should be communicated in advance. We will do our best to accommodate them, but additional charges may apply for special requests.

  • Property Damage: While we take every precaution, Higher-Tier Cleaning is not responsible for pre-existing damage, minor wear and tear, or any damage caused by underlying issues (e.g., water damage or mold).

4. Payment Terms

  • Pricing: Prices are provided during the booking process and are based on the services requested. We offer various packages and add-ons that may affect the final price.

  • Payment Methods: Payments are due upon completion of services. We accept payments via credit card, debit card, checks, cash, ACH, and wires.

  • Late Payments: Any outstanding balances are subject to a late fee of [$100] if not paid within 14 days after the service date.

5. Satisfaction Guarantee

  • Quality of Service: We strive for high-quality cleaning services, but if you're not satisfied with the work, please notify us within [24 hours] and we will arrange a re-clean at no additional charge. We will not provide re-cleans for issues outside the scope of the original request.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Higher-Tier Cleaning is not responsible for any loss or damage arising out of the provision of our services, including but not limited to property damage, loss of personal items, or personal injury. This includes but is not limited to:

  • Damage to carpets, furniture, walls, or other property

  • Loss of items left in cleaning areas

  • Accidents or injuries occurring on the property

7. Privacy and Confidentiality

We respect your privacy we will not share any personal or property information outside of our company without your consent, except as required by law. All cleaning staff are required to sign confidentiality agreements and are trained to respect your home or business.

8. Modification of Terms

Higher-Tier Cleaning reserves the right to update, modify, or amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated to you, and the updated terms will be posted on our website.

9. Governing Law

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Tennessee without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from this Agreement will be resolved in the appropriate courts of Tennessee.

By booking and using Higher-Tier Cleaning services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Terms and Conditions.
